The Record

Under Seal

Most of what I build is bound by confidentiality. What follows is the shape of the work: the problem, the intervention, and the outcome, without names attached unless permission is given.

How to read these

The books, opened

Every record follows the same thread. What was wrong, what I did about it, and where it landed. The business is described by type, not by name.

Most of these began as a single project. When an ongoing relationship makes sense, it becomes an engagement. It is never assumed in advance.

Some work is public. Much of it is private. I don’t treat client names as trophies. When a reference would help and it is appropriate, I can share one privately.
