The fine print
Privacy Policy
The short version: I collect what you send me so I can reply, and I measure how the site is used so I can improve it. I do not sell anything to anyone.
Effective October 28, 2026
What I collect
When you fill out a form on this site, I receive what you type into it: your name, email address, business name if you give one, the areas you are interested in, and your message. If you inquire from an engagement page, I also note which engagement it was. If you book a call, the scheduling tool receives your name, email, the time you choose, and anything you add to the booking.
Like most websites, the site also collects some information automatically: the pages you visit, how you got here, roughly where you are (city or region, based on your IP address), your browser and device type, and how you interact with pages, such as clicks and scrolling.
How I use it
Form submissions are used to reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our conversation. That is it. I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.
The automatic information is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful, where people get stuck, and which parts of the site lead to conversations, so I can make the site better.
The tools behind the site
Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures visits and actions on the site, such as a form being started or sent. Google uses cookies for this. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Microsoft Clarity. I partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with this website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, to improve the site. Website usage data is captured using first-party and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of pages and online activity. This information is also used for site optimization and fraud and security purposes. For more about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement. Clarity masks the text you type into form fields in its recordings.
Cal.com handles scheduling when you book a call. It receives your name, email, and the time you pick, checks my calendar for availability, and sends the invitation. See cal.com/privacy for how Cal.com handles that information.
Resend delivers form submissions to my inbox. Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from abuse, which involves processing your IP address and basic request information.
What I do not do
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. The site does not run advertising pixels or retargeting. Information is only shared with the service providers above, to the extent they need it to do their job, or if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for our working relationship and my business records, and are deleted on request unless I am required to keep them. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email contact@vidatigris.com and I will take care of it within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and I will honor them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiries is limited to me. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, but I take reasonable care to protect what you share.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions about privacy go to contact@vidatigris.com, or Vida Tigris LLC, Tampa, Florida.
